AVIATION TRAINING

DETEC leadership has over 25 years of aviation training experience including:

• Developing training curriculum courses for fixed and rotary wing aircraft training.
• Establishing programs of instruction (POIs) for fixed and rotary wing aircraft flight training.
• Developing and managing all levels of maintenance training for fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
• Capturing, proposing, transitioning, and executing aviation training.
• Supporting government programs CONUS and OCONUS in all flight environments and conditions.

AVIATION MAINTENANCE AND LOGISTICS

DETEC leadership has over 25 years of experience providing maintenance and logistics for rotary wing and fixed wing platforms. Experience includes:

• Working with government agencies such as NASA, PEO Aviation, MASPO, and the Department of Defense.
• Sourcing difficult to fill roles OCONUS in permissive and non-permissive environments.
• Managing maintenance programs of over $120 million dollars including all areas of individual, intermediate, and depot level maintenance on several airframes including the C-130, P-3, B-200 (King Air), UH-60, CH-47, AH-64, UH-1, OH-58D, and MH-139.

AVIATION OPERATIONS

DETEC leadership has over 25 years of experience conducting all facets of aviation operations CONUS and OCONUS in permissive and non-permissive environments. ADS experience includes:

• Refueling operations.
• Air traffic control operations.
• Base operations.
• Mission development, training, and support.
• Fixed wing, rotary wing, and tilt rotor aircraft operations worldwide including austere locations such as Antarctica and Africa.
